Rock Show!!!!!!

Just got home from the rock show that Emliy had tickets for Melissa and I for. Good stuff. Nothing like a nice evening of kick you in the ass rock n roll. I didn't realize until we were there that it was a showcase with 26 bands and DJ's in one night for $5. Kick ass.
We hung out at the Beaumont club and saw In the Pines good folk rock and although I have never heard of them I reconized the first song...must have been the violion's (is that how you spell that??) Good stuff. Next up wast Roman Numerals a local band with two of the guys who are part owners of another great bar in town The Record bar. Very 80ish sounding stuff but really good. Last was the rockers of the rock show the Architects. if you ever get a chance to see these guys...go...they kicked ass. Once again a band I never heard of but was impressed by.
Bonus points for the show (nothing aginst the gals I was with, since I know they are reading this) lots of dark haired tattooed girls....hubba hubba...sorry its a thing for me...I am not sure why.One of the reasons to wander out of Waldo once and a while. You don't see many of those ladies in the 75th Street brewery or in my house and that is about the only places I am normally. I gotta got down town or at least to Westport once in a while. However the down side to a show like tonight is that it makes me feel like I dont' have enough tats to be see there. Well let me repharse that...No visiable tatts on zeke. Some thing I have ment to change for years but putting tats in visiable spots means you better like it becuase you have to see it all the time. The ones on my back I some times forget about...out of sight out of mind as the saying goes.
Ok...its 3 AM time for bed....much work to do tomorrow and BOUNS its FRIDAY!!! I think I will break my own new rule (easy to light on drinking until after the R.I.M. race) and get loaded...why not? The last time I did was the first day of RAGBRAI when I downed a bottle of whiskey (not completly on my own!) and got nutty...I was told that I was "volient but huggy"...hummm should avoid the "violient" part.
