Course felt faster today- They took a couple of the switch backs out to flow it out a bit- Felt like I was doing better than yesterday- As usual I was in the pain locker in the frist two laps. The I felt better once I settled in a bit- Good times- I didn't get laped- did crash in the last lap- Down hill with a sharp right - the guy in front of me slid out and went down - I was on his wheel - I locked up the rear tried to steer around him and slid out and went down too - I was up and riding again faster than he was but he caught me - he had been in front of me since the gun - he had a couple of chain issues and fell back to midpack -tried to stay with him but he beat me to the sand - sprinted hard to the finish - he was still three bike lengths in front of me - oh well thats racing - I GOT TO RIDE MY BIKE TODAY! - 15th... not bad and best of all... it was fun.
