It starts today... and I already have failed.
After racking up the miles this weekend my legs feel cooked this morning and I over slept too boot... I was so comfortable I couldn't get up.
So its day One of National Bike to Work Week and I am driving.
Loser I know..
But I am riding home and riding in tomorrow.
I would feel bad but since i ride a lot anyway I don't need a special week to do it. For me its the same weekly routine just with the Bike Week name.
As for the rest of you.... ride your bike.
If you don't commute to work by bike do it at least once this week
The hardest part is getting started.
