Grass Track Racing in KC?

Looks like its really gonna happen too bad I'll be on my way home from the RAGBRAI and will miss it:

First rider starts at 11 AM. Refer to start table for distance and category details.
Start times will be assigned on a first come first served basis

REGISTRATION:
At the event site: A newly groomed 333meter grass velodrome.
Race day registration from 9:30 AM until 30 minutes before race start.
Race day entries add $5 late fee except one day licensees.
Entry fee includes $3 USAC insurance and $1 KCA surcharge.
DIRECTIONS: West of K-7, North of Bonner Springs at new Shawnee City Park. Take 43rd Street west from K-7, proceed west to Frisbee Rd., turn South follow road to Auction barn, then continue south to parking. Watch for signs.

START TIMES on flyer are approximate based on number of riders
and are subject to change.

AWARDS CEREMONY: post event
Medals awarded to the top three Kansas riders (w/annual license) in
each class. Out of state riders eligible for Merchandise awards

Classes:
M&W Cat 1/2 M&W Cat 3 M&W Cat 4 M Cat 5
5 year age groups from 30-34 to infinity
Juniors All Championship age groups

All USCF TRACK rules apply:
CPSC approved helmets required.
Promoter reserves the right to adjust time & distances, alter or change course, cancel and/or combine categories & prize lists

500 meter individual time trial: Beginning at 11.a.m
1000 meter individual time trial
Scratch race Beginning at approximately 1pm.
Last race of the day, exhibition grass criteriums/TT (time permitting) FREE
